NOOSE ON ICE The Mysterons have found a powerful ally on Earth, nature itself. Simply by cutting the main power lines into the world's only Tritonium mine, a slender tower thrusting deep beneath the North Pole, they ensure that the ice which is kept at bay by heating the sea begins to tighten around the complex like a noose. If the heat stays off, the tower and everyone in it will be crushed by the weight of the ice... TREBLE CROSS Even the Mysterons slip up occassionally. In their plot to destroy the world capital, Futura City, they retrometabolise a test pilot who can drop a nuclear warhead on the city. Unfortunately, the pilot whom Captain Black thinks has drowned is not actually dead..and he joins Spectrum in a daring plot to outwit his duplicate and trap Captain Black himself. INFERNO A Space Recovery Vehicle, a desalinization plant, and an Aztec temple are the unlikely ingredients of a Mysteron plot to destroy the water supply for much of South America. Four Spectrum captains spend an uncomfortable night on guard but can't prevent Captain Black from taking a hand. Time is on his side, and Spectrum is racing to save the planet, and the water supply of thousands of farmers. FLIGHT 104 Captain's Scarlet and Blue escorting a leading astrophysicist to a conference with two newsmen on their trail. When their plane to Geneva is found to be flying itself, it doesn't take them long to figure out that the mysterons are in control; but can Captain Scarlet outwit them and land the plane safely at journey's end. © ITC Entertainment
