Cleopatra Jones, the only woman capable of beating James Bond in a fair fight, goes to Hong Kong to take on the evil Dragon Princess, a beautiful blonde with the manners of a rattle snake, who runs an exclusive casino on the exotic island of Macao. With the aid of a Chinese secret agent Mi Ling and local crime-busters Matthew and Melvin Johnson, Cleopatra uncovers the Dragon Princess' narcotics organisation and decides to deliver her own kind of justice.
