IMPACT Millionaire industrialist Wallace Williams survives a plot by his wife and her lover to murder him. Driven by revenge, Williams attempts leading police to believe that the conspiracy really worked so that his wife will have to stand trial. He disappears, but while masquerading as a service station manager in a small town, a woman who befriends Williams learns his true identity, and convinces him that police should know the truth. But the truth demands proof that there was a conspiracy and that he had nothing to do with the death of his wife's lover, burned beyond recognition in Williams' car and believed by the police to be Williams.
