Unaware of an earlier satanic rite which makes it a demon, Bonnie and Charlie choose a puppy from a litter of ten. They soon begin behaving strangely. Then the neighbour's dog is torn to pieces by the Devildog [sic] and the neighbour dies. As other horrifying events take place Mike, the children's father, decides to kill the dog, but discovers bullet are useless against the animal, and a battle begins against the hound from hell...
