Diary of a Teenage Hitch-Hiker

In Boulder County, Colorado, more than eighty female hitch-hikers were sexually assaulted in one year. In Santa Cruz, California, in one year six young women last seen hitching were murdered. In Boston, seven female hitchhikers were murdered within a month. Despite a nationwide pattern of beatings, rapes and murders, young women continue to thumb rides-often from the same street corner where they know another girl hitched her way to death!
