The war is long over. Radiation has done its worst, the map of the World has totally changed, nothing is the same except man's lust for power. Now a new battle is simmering - a deathly struggle for the remnants of the 21st Century Earth. The snow swept Alaskan wastes, now mile upon mile of bleak desert, remain habitable - its population ruled by "Ownership", an unrivaled military machine and sole controllers of the still vital resource... oil. Rebel forces, scattered, poorly-organised, are gradually gathering in strength to confront this brutal, barbaric regime.
