This is fast-paced and hilarious excitement based on an unbelievable but true incident: cops who set up a fencing operation to catch thieves! Set in Miami, three members of the police's defunct burglary task force, Ernie Fortunato (Dom DeLuise), Doug Van Home (Jerry Reed), Eduardo Saverdera (Luis Avalos) and Louise Webster (Suzanne Pleshette) use police money to run a fence for ripped-off merchandise. A parade of strange characters streams into their office to peddle everything from "funny cigarettes" to stolen chickens - and Louise is getting it all on videotape. Trouble looms when the team runs low on purchasing funds and when the Mafia tries to muscle in. But finally, with enough evidence in hand, Fortunato throws a big "surprise" party for all his customers. You'll want "in" on the fun!
