Jackals

He's the only man who knows the truth. . . . . .if he can live to tell it. Ex-cop Joe Case has gone to the border desert for what he thinks is a vacation with friends, but his plans are shattered as he witnesses the brutal murder of a young woman shot down in cold blood by Jake Wheeler, the Sheriff's deputy. Although no-one believes Joe, he uncovers the fact that Wheeler is the mastermind behind the ring of 'Jackals' preying on illegal immigrants, criminals who attack only those too weak to defend themselves. Joe begins to gather evidence, Wheeler realizes he must be stopped, but Joe is prepaired to go wherever his quest takes him - even if justice can only be found outside the law.
