Johnny Handsome

John Sedley (Mickey Rourke) is not handsome. He's congenitally deformed - a small-time New Orleans criminal called ' Johnny Handsome' . During the robbery, Johnny's only friend, Mikey, is murdered by the double-crossing Sunny (Ellen Barkin) and Rafe (Lance Henriksen) who take the money and leave Johnny for the police. Johnny is sent to prison where he is stabbed by convicts hired by Rafe, and is rushed to hospital. While in hospital, Johnny is spotted by Dr. Resher (Forrest Whitaker) who gives him plastic surgery in the hope that Johnny will go 'straight'. But Johnny doesn't go 'straight'. johnny wants revenge!
