Led Zeppelin, one of the great supergroups of the seventies have been immortalised on celluoid in "The Song Remains The Same", a staggering visual celebration of some of the most moving and powerful rock 'n' roll the world has ever seen. The film moves at full throttle, from the surreal opening sequence of the band being drawn together to their arrival on stage at Madison Square Garden. From a camera position in the second row, see them perform all time classics such as "Whole Lotta Love" and "Stairway To Heaven".
The live on stage material is intercut with insights into the individual band member's most private thoughts and for the first time lays bare the inspiration behind the music.
In the words of Cameron Crowe - a live Zeppelin performance will no longer be just a memory.
