Quicksilver

A series of disastrous stock market gambles leaves cocky young Jack Casey ('Footloose' star Kevin Bacon) penniless, his career in ruin. Determined to make a new start, he takes a dizzying detour into the gritty world of bicycle messengers. Jack finds it exhilarating, free-wheeling work, dicing with death daily on the streets of San Francisco as he challenges taxis and races buses to make deliveres on time.
