Raise the Titanic

On April 14th 1912, the Titanic collided with an iceberg on her maiden voyage and sank to the bottom of the Atlantic. Now, seventy years later, speculation mounts that on board the ship may be the world's supply of byzanium, the vital ingredient for the ultimate nuclear deterrent. Military strongmen argue that the winner in the arms race is the one who has new system. But the crucial question in which of he superpowers can locate the byzanium and thus harness its awesome nuclear potential. At the highest level in America the decision is taken.
