On cassette eleven of Next Generation adventures, we meet a very beautiful "gift" and someone who isn't there. The Perfect Mate Hoping to end the war between two neighbouring systems, the Enterprise escorts Kriosian Ambassador Briam and his "gift", a beautiful woman named Kamala, to Valtese leader Alrik. Dr. Crusher strenuously objects to the arrangement, and the troublesome Ferengi makes matters worse. Imaginary Friend Due to her father's Starfleet career, little Clara Stutter has spent most of her childhood alone. Troi reassures the girl's father that her creation of an imaginary friend is harmless. However, things change when the playmate becomes real, and threatens to destroy the Enterprise.
