Frame of Mind While performing in one of Dr. Crusher's plays, Commander Riker finds himself slipping in and out of reality. He finds himself held in an asylum, accused of murder. Unconvinced he has lost his mind, his only clue is the mysterious being who keeps appearing in his hallucinations. Suspicions When a visiting scientist is killed, Dr. Crusher discovers he was murdered and begins to investigate. When a second scientist is murdered, the doctor finds herself implicated. The more she attempts to clear herself, the more guilty she appears, and Picard is forced to relieve her.
