Joyce (KATHLEEN QUINLAN) and Maya (YONA ELIAN) are strangers with the same quest: to find their husbands, missing in action after the bloody Yom Kippur War. The women meet when they both identify the same man as their husband from blurred TV film of prisoners. Despite very conflicting personal intrests the need to discover the man's identity draws them together.
