Marseille to some the most dangerous city in the world, is the setting for this violent and distrubing thriller. Steve Ventura, a tough, downbeat Embassy official has worked for four years to nail Brizard, head of a multi-million dollar narcotics organisation. Brizard escapes the net once again.
