Matt Farrell is kidnapped whilst driving, and finds to his horror that he is to become a half-man, half-animal in Dr. Gordon's experiments to create a new civilization. Farrell finally manages to escape with the Doctor's daughter, Neva, who wants no part of her fathers experiments, and following the pair is a whole menagerie of semi-human beings - the spine chilling results of an evil mind.
